Do you do custom orders?

I'm always happy to listen to any ideas you have for a custom piece and try to create it. Just contact me here. Similarly, feel free to ask about adjustments in chain lengths on existing items.

 

How much is p&p?

Postage on all items is free!

 

Do I need a Paypal account to buy?

You don't. You can pay by debit/credit card without a paypal account by following the check out instructions after hitting the 'view cart' button on the item description pages.

 

Where else can I buy Rockmylobsterx items?

Rockmylobsterx items are often exhibited and sold in Glasgow's Merchant City Square at weekends. Please keep checking back for details of dates and times.

 

How many pieces of each style are made?

Rockmylobsterx designs are very limited and most designs are produced in numbers of 2-6.

 

Will you ever remake that discontinued item?

If you like something in the folio section but have missed your chance to buy, feel free to get in touch and all efforts will be made to reproduce that item. Unfortunately, as so many items contain vintage components, it may be impossible to remake them.

 

Do you make all the items yourself?

I certainly do. All items are designed and produced by me.

 

Where do you get all your materials from?

Everywhere! Sometimes I buy online, or from markets and second hand stores, some I picked up whilst travelling, others I have been given as gifts and on occasion I take everyday objects and turn them into quirky accessories too.

 

Do you accept returns?

In the unlikely event of an item breaking, please contact me and I will sort out a return.
